TRUTH ON WAR
The truth is slowly leaking out from the ruins and death toll of civilians murdered by the U.S. government in Afghanistan.
Why do you call it terrorism when an airplane hits American buildings and kills innocent people, but you do not call it terrorism when U.S. airplanes drop bombs that murder innocent civilians in their homes?
Afghan civilians have expressed grave concern for the thousands of civilian victims of the bombing and the U.S. government’s unwillingness to take responsibility for their deaths. President Bush, and especially Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld are unholy liars to the American public. Unknowingly, Americans believe and follow our immoral leaders like blind sheep being led to the slaughter.
Why is it that Americans shed tears only for Americans who die, yet don’t even blink an eye when other beautiful, God-created humans are murdered around the world at the hands of our immoral government? Are we truly followers of our one God, or are we nationalistic Americans first? What is your priority in life; God or everything else?
The truth is there are craters where bombs had fallen in the middle of villages, but had not exploded. There is extensive damage to civilian homes, and the twisted ruins of the twice-bombed Red Cross warehouses in Kabul, Afghanistan. A reliable organization with monitoring capability estimated that over 5,000 homes were completely destroyed, and over 2,500 murdered civilians by the U.S. in four of Afghanistan’s 30 provinces. All this vengeful and hateful murder and destruction, yet the leaders of terrorism are still on the loose, like Osama Bin Laden.
It is crystal clear that the loss of civilian lives in Afghanistan considerably exceeds the loss of life at the World Trade Center in New York City. Most of those victims in Afghanistan had nothing to do with any acts of terrorism. President Bush is a mass-murderer in the eyes of God!
I am solidly committed to defining “terrorism” in a way that includes the misguided, immoral, state-sponsored use of bombs that strike civilians in the same category as misguided, immoral “holy war”, be it Muslim, Jewish, or Christian. President Bush, and his cohorts in crime are very much terrorists, the same as Osama Bin Laden, Yasser Arafat, and Ariel Sharon!
I am also deeply convinced of the need for all of us united as citizens of the world to raise up strong voices of critique and opposition to the emerging role of the U.S. Air Force in policing the international community. The so-called “war on terrorism”, like the “war on drugs” is an immoral failure of gigantic proportions. Hitler would be very proud of President Bush, as Bush continues plans to kill more Arabs possibly in Iraq and Iran.
Let all moral human beings protest any more talk of wars and murdering, especially in the Middle East and Colombia. I am inviting all people to hear the peaceful and loving voices of Jesus, Moses, and Mohammad, rather than the voices of fear, hatred, and revenge. Allow this one year anniversary of the Sept. 11th tragedy bring forth love, compassion, forgiveness and peace to flow forward from your hearts out to the hearts of all people throughout the world.
God Bless the World!
