SEEDS OF LIFE

For every birth, there is a death, and for every death there is a birth. We all cherish these occasions marked by parties or cultural rituals in honor of both the new life, (my baby goddaughter, Victoria Zaragoza), or the dearly departed, (innocent Iraqi citizens). Yet, one thing remains constant, life whether human, animal or plant return back to Mother nature for future vibrant, sacred, and beautiful life.

Looking all around us, if we take the precious time out to smell the pines or hear the scurry of chipmunks, we would see the bountiful seeds ready to burst forth new life.

Sitting upon this glorious rock in the valley of the Green Mountains, looking out upon the still, blue Shelburne Pond, I see and hear wonderful life emerging forth from the Spring of early May here in God’s Country – the great State of Vermont.

Everywhere you travel in Vermont is an oasis of life and love, I find a joy in my heart raging with unconditional love for the mountains, trees, ponds and rivers. It breaks my heart to leave this first independent Republic in the U.S., that has endless opportunities for the seeds of hope, inspiration, love, and of course all the beaming life forms.

Vermont even has the home grown, mature progressives and highly intelligent life forms in its U.S. Congressional delegation of Senators Leahy and Jeffords, and Rep. Bernie Sanders, and even presidential hopeful, former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean. No other state in this Union of United States voted 100% in favor of protecting human life in IRAQ. They cared enough about life, which must spring forward from their hearts of love that are grounded firmly in Vermont as one of the last refuges for the seeds of all life.

It is a rare sighting to find the protectors of corporate greed, for instance George W. Bush, to care about any life forms but his few 10% filthy and disgusting corporate fat cats and rich demons to love all of life. Hundreds of examples show that they rape and pillage Mother Earth to reap the benefits of wealth for the tiny and insignificant few, who are destroying the middle-class and the poor around the globe. They are, especially Georgie Bushy, the true TERRORISTS against God, humanity and Mother Earth. As challenging as this may sound, Georgie Bushy, and most of Congress, including democrats like Senators Joe Lieberman and John Kerry are murderers of life here on God’s creation. They have partaken in the evil actions of killing innocent life in Palestine, Iraq, Colombia, and countless other countries in the world to numerous to mention in a short essay such as this. If you truly adhere to your religious, moral, and sense of reverence for all life, whether in Vermont, Michigan, Florida, Texas, Iowa, or your very own hometown, then you must outright and totally reject Bushy, Lieberman and Kerry for President of this great nation in the 2004 elections. Vote for all life, choose either Rep. Dennis Kucinich, Gov. Howard Dean, Sen. Bob Graham, and have former Sen. Braun as our very first black female vice-president. The seeds of hope and life are alive and well in those fine candidates. Our country desperately needs to progressively move forward, and stand erect and proud to be defenders of all life on earth.

We must restore the integrity and good reputation of the U.S., before we become irrelevant to the rest of the world. Restore true freedom and democracy, human rights, environmental rights, alternatives to fossil fuel, civil rights, full freedom of speech (being able to say publicly that Georgie “boy” Bushy is an ignorant, immoral traitor). No, I do not respect any person regardless of title or status, who openly murders all life forms, including the seeds of hope and life, plus lies about it as well. But, I do love him! For some odd and ignorant reason many Americans, including “so-called” church-goers believe that just because man’s laws make some murdering legal for immoral government bodies, that it is OK, even though it is a direct violation of universal, earthy, spiritual and God’s laws. Capital punishment, not lifting the poor out of poverty, the wars on terrorism and drugs, the School of Americas at Ft. Benning, GA, the nuclear weapons plants, and yes even the bloated immoral military, including the soldiers who blindly follow orders from men, and ignore God’s call for the sanctity of all life, even the seeds of hope that are snuffed out, are all immoral human laws – it is a slap in the face of God!

We must look beyond the glittery surface of Hollywood, television and radio (especially Fox and Clear Channel), and the glamorous false idols of corporate greed with its advertising blitz of immoral propaganda. Wake up and open your eyes to the slanted lies of most mainstream media. Seek out the alternative forms of truthful information found on the Internet, not-for-profit organizations, and media from other countries. Seek out the true seeds of hope found around the world, not just here at Shelburne Pond in Vermont.

I cherish and promote the truth, no matter what the costs to me. I love God and Mother Earth, and all the gorgeous life forms. When I have blue skies, warm sunshine, trees, water and fresh air, I get overwhelmingly excited like nothing else in this world. I gladly without judgment, stroke my seeds out to add nourishment to the earth, and interconnect with God’s holy creation. It is fully liberating for this Vermonter, who is soon to be returning to Iowa, my former home of five years. But, whether I am in Ireland, New Zealand, Colombia, the Middle East, Vermont, my home state of Michigan or Iowa, I will always plant my seeds of hope and life. I will promote peace and harmony for all of us to live by. I love my country, but most of all I love this earth, every square inch of it with all its life forms.

Please, become a protector of all the seeds of life. Challenge your brain to grow to its fullest potential, don’t be closed and narrow-minded. Lift up your ignorance as a sacrifice to save the planet and it’s truly desirable seeds of all life. Pray or meditate for a change of heart, and victory over immoral and evil deeds. Put all LIFE as your primary goal and objective. Do NOT allow greed and personal pleasure dictate or rule in your life. Take back America!
